BODYPUMP is a Les Mills class, using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while increasing metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.


BODYSTEP is a Les Mills class using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.


CORGA is a fusion of core and yoga with meditation at the beginning of class and combining strength with flexibility.


CX-WORX is a 30-minute dynamic training class that focuses on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and "slings", connecting the upper and lower body.

Part 2: FLOOR

Plyometric, speed and stamina drills to build endurance with positive reinforcement.


FIT FLEX is a 30 minute low impact class. Enjoy this whole body workout using physio balls, free weights, and body weight to improve fitness and core strength. Ideal for those new to group fitness or rehabilitating after an injury and active adults who want the benefits of improved cardio fitness, strength and flexibility.


GENTLE YOGA is an introductory class geared for beginning students. In this class you will learn the shape and name of yoga poses as well as alignment and goal of the poses. You will also learn basic yogic breathing techniques and how to use props.

GRIT Series

GRIT Series are Les Mills high intensity interval training classes with 3 categories: Strength (improve strength and build lean muscle), Ply (perform like an athlete), and Cardio (improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calories burned).


RIDE is an interval cycle class with a twist to give it the feel of the road. It is 45 minutes of solid work beginning with a warmpu and ending with a cool down and stretch.


RPM is a Les Mills interval cycling program for developing cardiovascular capacity. RPM is real life riding, both road and mountain, and it improves endurance while increasing lower body strength. (RPM Express is in 45 minute format).


SH'BAM is a Les Mills pre-choreographed dance class for people of all fitness levels. Get ready to have a blast and join our "SH'BAM Fam"!


VINYASA YOGA uses a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as "Vinyasa Flow" or just "Flow".


ZUMBA is a pre-choreographed dance class fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away!
