Through the prestigious Chek Institute, she holds a certificate in Golf Biomechanics and is completing her studies as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach. With Sabrina’s holistic health, nutrition, and fitness education, her goal is to educate her clients so that they can reach optimal health and vitality. She helps them achieve this through practical nutrition, functional exercise and positive lifestyle choices. Kim Roberts - Personal Trainer 

Kim is a certified personal trainer, certified through NASM, Apex, and Coreboard. She has been training since 2002. Kim graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.S. in Sociology. After graduation from Sonoma State she continued her education at Santa Rosa Junior College in the Sports Medicine program. She worked in the junior college training room taping and rehabilitating athletes. Kim has a great sports background, received a scholarship for track, played basketball and ran cross country at a college level. Kim trains her clients to strengthen their foundation in their body, building and focusing on core. She also specializes in fat loss and is currently working to gain more knowledge and take on another certification.

Nancy AzevedoPersonal Trainer 

Nancy Azevedo has served in the health and fitness field as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach for over twenty-five years. A noted veteran in the business of fitness, Nancy’s credentials include certification with The American Council on Exercise and the National Health Club Association, She also maintains current certifications from various recognized nutrition sources, and has participated in four professional body building competitions, placing 1st and 2nd in those contests.

An accomplished body builder and coach to so many for so long, Nancy enjoys sharing with others her first experience in a group fitness setting. In 1984, Nancy became a Jazzercise instructor and found a purpose and passion that she had never known before. Also during that period, she stepped into a health club for the first time in her life. Apprehensive at first, Nancy kept her eye on the ball and over time became educated in proper nutrition, resistance and cardiovascular training. She continues to update her expertise through seminars, conventions and reading materials that help to maintain her cutting edge approach to health and fitness.

Today, at fifty-four years old, Nancy is happily married, super fit, and loving life. She will help you to meet your goals too. And in fact, she has a nutrition and fitness plan designed especially for you!
