I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry working with a
diversified clientele. Whether it’s fat loss, strength and toning or
restorative fitness we can achieve your goals. I integrate many aspects
of health to create highly individual programs that reduce pain, build
muscle, and burn fat. I believe that an appropriately designed exercise program
paired with a practical nutrition plan will leave you feeling energized,confident and strong!
Kim is a certified personal trainer, certified through NASM, Apex, and Coreboard. She has been training since 2002. Kim graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.S. in Sociology. After graduation from Sonoma State she continued her education at Santa Rosa Junior College in the Sports Medicine program. She worked in the junior college training room taping and rehabilitating athletes. Kim has a great sports background, received a scholarship for track, played basketball and ran cross country at a college level. Kim trains her clients to strengthen their foundation in their body, building and focusing on core. She also specializes in fat loss and is currently working to gain more knowledge and take on another certification.
Chris has had the pleasure of working in the fitness industry for the past five years. He is currently holds a certification through NASAM. His training style caters to any fitness level from novice to advance. He also trains sport specific athletes. His passion is to help people reach their goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, strength, or just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
“Thank you Kendra!!I am a member of Fiusion Fittness in Santa Rosa, for the last couple years. I love to take Body Pump, Spinning Classes given by Kendra.Three months ago I started having pain in my shoulder, the pain caused me to cut back on my visits to the gym and exercising in general. I felt descouraged since I was not able to excersice like before.After 3 months of this pain I decide to take the Body Pump class, fortunatly right before the class was going to start I spoke to Kendra about my shoulder, and Kendra took the time to listen to me. Kendra said the pain was not going to go away unless I have to do a specific excercises. That day after class she helped me with excercises that helped a lot.After performing the excersice I felt a signifiicant reduction of pain. By the end of the day I was able to move my arm and different directions!!!When I was experiencing the shoulder pain I had mix feelings, I thought maybe it is realted with age or just an injury, but now I feel much better and I am very happy that I talked to her and very greatful that she was able to help me.
