My training style centers around many principles of fitness, however, Specificity is key. This principle states that our bodies adapt and develop strength to be efficient in how we train. This is what allows athletes to become overwhelmingly good at their specific sports.
So, Goal Specific Training is what I deliver to each client on an individual basis. We train for Strength, Speed, Endurance, Size, Injury prevention, or a combination of several factors to achieve your desired goal. All this is done with my Constant Variability training program that is always changing as I adapt your training to your abilities.
I train with Runners, Weight Lifters, Martial Arts Fighters, and everyone in between. The beauty of my programs is that they are custom tailored to the individual.
